These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Linear Wines through this website. By placing an order with Linear Wines, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Age Requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Linear Wines. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
IT IS AN OFFENCE TO SUPPLY ALCOHOL TO A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS. PENALTIES APPLY.
A person under 18 years of age must not purchase alcohol from this website or accept delivery of alcohol purchased from Linear Wines.
Orders
By placing an order with Linear Wines, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years of age;
- the information you provide when placing your order is true, complete and accurate;
- you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and
- the delivery details supplied are complete and accurate.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Linear Wines and availability of stock.
Linear Wines reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an incorrect price or product information has been displayed, payment cannot be processed, or we are unable to lawfully fulfil the order.
If payment has already been made for an order that we are unable to fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through the website at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Alcohol will only be supplied and delivered in accordance with applicable liquor licensing laws and requirements.
Alcohol must not be delivered to or accepted by a person under 18 years of age. Where required, proof of age may be requested before an order is handed over.
Linear Wines is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays experienced by third-party freight or delivery providers.
Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Wine is an agricultural product and availability may be limited by vintage, production quantities and remaining stock. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact Linear Wines so that an appropriate remedy can be arranged.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, this may include a replacement or refund.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Linear Wines is not required to provide a refund or replacement simply because you change your mind, although we may choose to assist at our discretion.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Linear Wines supports the responsible consumption of alcohol.
It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to a person under 18 years of age.

Privacy
Personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Linear Wines takes reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, vintages, images and other information displayed on this website are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur. Where an error affects an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to resolve the issue.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and packaging, labels, vintages or other details may change from time to time.

The Terms and Conditions applying to an order are those published on this website at the time the order is placed.

Linear Wines operates under ACT Liquor Licence 1400 5718 and the Liquor Act 2010 (ACT) and associated regulations.
